This Tuscan red is obtained from Sangiovese (70%), Canaiolo (20%) and Ciliegiolo (10%) grapes harvested by hand in the vineyards owned by the company.Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks and aging in the bottle for 3-4 months. The color is ruby red, the aromatic baggage is played on freshness, with light menthol notes that combine with a cherry fruit, the body is slender with a fresh drink.
